External Nasal Splint

External nasal splint is a support device applied to the outside of the nose following surgical procedures or nasal trauma to help maintain nasal shape, reduce swelling, and protect underlying structures during healing.

Typically manufactured from padded aluminum, thermoplastic materials, or lightweight medical casting materials, it is secured using medical adhesive tape.

Common applications include:

Post-rhinoplasty (nasal cosmetic surgery) care
Management of nasal bone fractures
Stabilization of nasal shape following surgical correction
Reduction of post-operative swelling and bruising
